I can't really remember how long I've ever had to go without food. It was probably only a day or so. I know I have tried to fast but I get too shaky and start to feel sick. I think it is hard to not eat when you're hungry and that may be why so many people are overweight. I guess it's part of our self-preservation instinct to eat when we're hungry but it's enjoyable so we don't stop when we should. It seems easy to not eat when you're full but when you're hungry it takes over you and may become all you can think about, so you may lose your will power and resolve.
